And that's not all... there are more, but I'm sure you don't have all day to read them!

If you suffer from any of the ailments listed above and on the previous page you may find it is related to gluten in your diet.

So what can you do? Completely cut out wheat and gluten from your diet for a month, you are sure to notice a difference.

The good news is it's really not hard to cut wheat and gluten out. All fruits and veges are ok to eat, all meats/chicken/fish, yoghurt, eggs, and lots more. You can even get wheat and gluten free spagetti, lasagne, etc, so you really don't have to give up anything. And guess what - Dairy milk chocolate has no gluten in it - YAY :) Oh, and did I mention that you can still eat out at takeaway places (fast food) and restaurants.

So it's very easy to follow, lots of yummy food you can eat, and you will lose weight and your body really will be a lot healthier, conditions that you have may improve or completely go away, your body will finally get the vitamins the gluten was blocking, and you will have have lots more energy.
