Bacon Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

Cook bacon; drain and crumble. Combine with rest of ingredients (except nuts) and form into ball. Roll in nuts.

Entire cheese ball has 13 grams carbohydrates

 

Pinwheels

Ingredients:

Blend cream cheese, onion, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce until of spreading consistency. Carefully separate slices of Beef or Ham and spread with cheese mixture. Roll as for jelly roll and fasten with toothpicks. Chill. Just before serving, slice into 1/2" slices.

Approximately 1.5 net grams of carbohydrate per serving

 

Crispy Parmesan Chicken Strips

Ingredients:

CREAM MIXTURE:
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup mustard
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
3/4 cup heavy cream

PARMESAN CRUST:
2 cups of parmesan cheese (dont bother using fresh!)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried oregano

1 kilo of skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Preheat oven to 350
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray

-Combine ingredients for cream mixture and whisk.
-In a separate dish, combine parmesan crust mixture
-Dip chicken strips in cream mixture, and then in the parmesan, and lay on cookie sheet.
-Bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
