Luckily neither needs to be boring and hard. Just by making a few simple changes in your life you can be looking awesome in a bikini or a pair of cut off shorts. How much better will you're life be if you can feel comfortable in anything. If it's hot, you can wear a singlet and short shorts, without having to worry about your flabby arms and legs spoiling your look. Life isn't as much fun when you always have to wear baggy t-shirts, and pants and always have to worry if your arse looks big in that.

So if you really want to make a positive change in your life the first thing you must do is decided to make a change. Make a plan. Write down your goals. Not just "I want to lose weight", but "I want to lose 20kg by April 20th" or whatever your goal is. After that you need to make a plan for how you are going to reach your goals. The saying 'If you fail to plan you plan to fail' is really true!
